Buddy Training

This is training with one other person regularly. It could be a friend, partner or family member or at Bayside Personal Training I can even try and match you with someone who wants to workout out at the same time you do. You arrive and participate the personal training experience together. Often it is a great way to stay motivated and can be a way to feel more committed as you don’t want to let your training partner down.

You do need to have similar goals for buddy sessions to work best, although you don’t necessarily need to be at the same fitness levels. My job is to challenge both clients in the session and ensure your needs and goals are being met. If you are interested in buddy training, but don’t have a buddy, please contact me.

Benefits of buddy training include:

  • Ensure you use correct technique.
  • Exercises are quickly and easily altered to suit both buddies’ fitness levels.
