Bayside Personal Training is for people looking for a skilled and knowledgeable personal trainer. It’s for people who want exercise and fitness to become part of their lives, challenge themselves, become strong and see results. It’s not a location for anyone seeking fast “quick fix” weight loss or wanting to “smash out reps”. The focus is on correct technique, tailored exercises and achieving results best for each individual. The private home studio is filled with pieces of equipment I consider essential for delivering clients challenging, functional & fun workouts. It’s a space to train one on one, or in a small group, where you can feel comfortable, challenged and have a laugh while receiving a quality tailored workout. | Women’s fitness is a key part of my business, and I am especially passionate about pre & postnatal exercise and also menopause, peri-menopause and fitness, having undertaken specific studies in these areas. The goal and hope is that ALL my clients can participate and complete everyday tasks without effort or questioning their ability to do so.There is no better feedback then when a client tells me that they completed a task they had previously been unable to manage.
